YES! EXACTLY! and while erik is pining, it's the only confirmed example he has of charles' type, and he's not a tiny, petite, gorgeous, sassy girl, and so he's kind of really sad. except that charles is crazy about him! and does things like dragging him off into a closet somewhere and jerking him off exactly they way erik likes and also kissing him hot and sloppy and deep, and you can see why erik is confused, right??
