Note: Title from the episode of Angel of the same name. Contains a random original character for the transmutation to happen. To quote Gunn, Erik ends up with the "the proportionate excitability of a puppet [his] size".
( There were, of course, going to be mutants found who did not want to have any part of their cause. It was disappointing whenever this happened, but Charles generally accepted it, probably because he could read the reasons off of them even if they didn't always say. )
